Archive

Archive lets you replay available past moments you missed. It uses the same clues, guesses, scoring, and image reveal as daily play. Completed Archive moments and their scores are saved to My Collection, but Archive play never changes leaderboard points, streaks, totals, credits, or unlocks.

When you have played every available past moment, Archive shows a completion screen. A new daily moment becomes available in Archive after its daily play window has passed.

Related videos

Some completed moments include an optional YouTube or directly hosted video. The video can appear after you finish a daily or Archive puzzle and can be played again from that moment in My Collection.

  • Use Settings > Related Videos to enable or disable the feature. When disabled, no video player is shown.
  • Use Settings > Video Sound to control whether Yestor requests sound. Your browser or device may still require a tap before playback or sound begins.
  • If a YouTube owner does not allow embedding, or a video becomes restricted or unavailable, use the Watch on YouTube option when offered.
  • Directly hosted videos depend on the source host, your connection, and media-format support on your device or browser.
  • Opening another Yestor screen, leaving the page, or putting the app in the background stops or pauses active playback.

What's new in Yestor 1.7

  • Supported daily and Archive moments can include an optional YouTube or directly hosted video after completion.
  • Related videos can start at the most relevant point, identify their source, and be played again from My Collection.
  • Related Videos and Video Sound can be changed at any time from Settings.
  • Completed-puzzle layouts, playback behavior while navigating, and mobile My Collection controls have been improved.

Helpful notes

  • For app or web bugs, include your device or browser, whether you were signed in with Apple or Google, and what happened right before the issue.
  • For Archive, account sync, stats, collection, credits, profile customization, or leaderboard issues, include your leaderboard display name, the moment date, and whether the result happened on iOS or web.
  • For video issues, include the moment date, whether it was YouTube or a direct video, your device and browser or iOS version, and a screenshot of any player message.
  • For a credit or purchase issue, include your displayed credit balance and the avatar or title involved.
  • For moment corrections, include the date, category, clue, source, or image detail that looks wrong.
  • For moment requests, include the year, date, category, and why it would make a great Yestor puzzle.
